Please read these Terms carefully before using this Site or arranging a repair. They set out the basis on which our independent Bosch repair Services are provided.

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of callboschservice.com (the "Site") and any appliance repair services arranged through it (the "Services"). By using the Site or contacting us to request Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

Who we are

Five Boro Appliance Repair is an independent appliance repair business operated by a sole technician serving all five NYC boroughs. We are not a Bosch dealer, parts distributor, or authorized service center.

We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Robert Bosch GmbH or BSH Home Appliances Corporation. References to the Bosch name and brand are used only to describe the appliances we independently service. See the trademark notice in the site footer for full details.

Informational nature of the Site

Content on this Site — including descriptions of services, appliance models, symptoms, hours and coverage areas — is provided for general informational purposes only and on an "as is" basis. It does not constitute a quote, a guarantee of availability, or professional advice for your specific situation.

We try to keep the Site accurate and current but make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or up to date. Do not attempt appliance repairs yourself based on information here, particularly anything involving gas, water or electrical connections.

Booking and communication

All bookings and inquiries are handled by phone or text at (646) 466-5021. The Site does not collect bookings through any online form. A service appointment exists only once it has been agreed directly between you and us by phone or text.

Diagnostics, estimates and pricing

We may charge a diagnostic or service-call fee to assess your appliance; we will tell you that fee before scheduling. Any repair estimate we give is approximate and may change once the appliance is inspected and the true fault is identified. We will seek your approval before performing work beyond an agreed estimate.

Prices, fees and availability may change at any time and are confirmed at the time of booking.

Scheduling, access and cancellations

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the appliance and a responsible adult (18+) present during the visit. Arrival windows are estimates and may shift due to traffic, prior jobs or conditions outside our control. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Repairs, parts and workmanship guarantee

Repairs we perform are backed by a workmanship guarantee, the scope and duration of which we will explain before work begins. The guarantee covers the specific repair performed and does not cover new, unrelated faults, pre-existing conditions, misuse, accidental damage, or further failure of other components.

Parts may carry their own separate manufacturer or supplier warranty. We are not responsible for the underlying condition or expected lifespan of an appliance beyond the work we carry out.

Manufacturer warranties

If your appliance is still covered by a Bosch / BSH manufacturer warranty, you should contact Bosch’s authorized service channels first. Independent repairs performed by us may affect or void a manufacturer warranty, and you accept that risk when you choose to use our Services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services or the Site is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of food, water damage from pre-existing leaks, lost time, or loss of use, except where such limitation is not permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

The design, text and original graphics of this Site are owned by Five Boro Appliance Repair. Third-party names, trademarks and brand colors (including those of Bosch / BSH) remain the property of their respective owners and are used here only nominatively, as described in the footer trademark notice.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, New York.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this Site, with the "Last updated" date below, is the version that applies. Continued use of the Site or our Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
