Do you only repair Bosch appliances? +
Yes — Bosch is all I do. Focusing on one brand means I know the common failure points, error codes and parts for Bosch dishwashers, washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, ranges and cooktops, so diagnostics are faster and more accurate.
What areas of New York City do you cover? +
All five boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island. I’m a mobile, service-area technician — I come to you. There is no walk-in shop.
Are you an authorized Bosch service center? +
No. I’m an independent technician who specializes in Bosch appliances. I am not affiliated with, authorized or endorsed by BSH Home Appliances or the Bosch brand. If your appliance is under manufacturer warranty, contact Bosch directly first.
How much does a repair cost? +
It depends on the appliance and the fault. Call me at (646) 466-5021, describe the problem and model, and I’ll give you a clear idea of the diagnostic fee and likely repair before I come out — no surprises.
Can you come the same day? +
Often, yes — especially for no-cool refrigerators and other urgent issues. Same-day and next-day slots depend on the borough and time of day, so call early for the best availability.
Do you guarantee your work? +
Yes. Parts and labor on the repairs I perform are backed by a workmanship guarantee. I’ll explain exactly what’s covered before any work begins.
